“What should I do? I am tired of my employees; I can’t keep firing them all the time.
At the same time my customers are not happy, always complaining……this is not good, restaurant is not clean…How do I keep them happy?…”

These tumultuous thoughts often sped across Raj Shetty’s mind.
Mr.Raj Shetty, is a renowned owner of a chain of lucrative Udipi restaurants.
Repenting of not having super human qualities, his problem was his absence. He could not provide full attention to his business as his restaurants were geographically wide-spread making it difficult to manage them.

Business was prospering, but so were problems
Until, at this point one of his friends suggested him to install a gadget called IP Camera Dissatisfied of hiring individuals to monitor his restaurants, reluctantly he decided to give it a try, hoping it would help.

So he did. He got IP Cameras installed at three of my restaurants.

Lo!Behold! Deliverance. He could see and hear live whatever was happening. He realized that not only could he keep track of my employees, but could also relax at home and monitor them. Often he would call and warn his employees for lazing around and not keeping the restaurant clean.

 Nonetheless eventually he got IP Cameras installed at all his outlets.
